At Lorena Canals, we love seeing how our products are used and how they become part of your homes. We therefore invite you to share photos and videos featuring Lorena Canals products on social media and through other channels where we may request your content.

Selected content may be featured on www.lorenacanals.com, including on product pages and inspiration galleries, as well as on our homepage, social media channels, newsletters, marketing campaigns, catalogues and other communications relating to the Lorena Canals brand.

By granting permission for us to use your content, you confirm that you accept these UGC Terms and Conditions and agree to the rights described below.

Content Selection

Photos and videos shared on social media and tagging one of Lorena Canals’ official social media profiles may be considered for publication by our team.

Your social media profile must be public for us to be able to view and consider your content.

Lorena Canals selects content that showcases its products and reflects the aesthetic and spirit of the brand. Content may be selected based on factors including image quality, resolution, composition and overall suitability.

Content must:

  • Clearly feature at least one Lorena Canals product.
  • Be of sufficient quality and resolution for the intended use.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not contain content that is violent, threatening, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, offensive, obscene or pornographic.

Lorena Canals is under no obligation to use any content that is submitted or requested, even if it meets these requirements.

How to Grant Permission

If Lorena Canals contacts you through an official social media account or another channel requesting permission to use your photo or video, you may grant permission by responding to our request or following the instructions provided by our team.

By granting permission, you confirm that you accept these UGC Terms and Conditions and authorise Lorena Canals to use the content as described below.

By granting permission, you also confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant Lorena Canals the licence described in these terms.

Your Rights and Responsibilities

By granting permission to use your content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the photo or video, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to authorise its use by Lorena Canals.
  • You have obtained any necessary consent from people appearing in the content.
  • If the content features minors, you have obtained the appropriate consent from their parent or legal guardian.
  • The content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, image or other rights of any third party.
  • The content does not contain any material that violates applicable laws or these UGC Terms and Conditions.

Licence to Use Your Content

By granting permission for Lorena Canals to use your content, you grant Lorena Canals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use the content you have authorised.

This licence allows Lorena Canals to reproduce, publish, display, distribute, communicate, adapt, edit, crop, resize, modify and otherwise use the content, in whole or in part, for the purposes of promoting Lorena Canals and its products.

The content may be used on:

  • Product pages and inspiration galleries
  • Newsletters and email communications
  • Marketing campaigns and advertising
  • Catalogues and other brand communications

Lorena Canals may adapt the content as reasonably necessary for the format or medium in which it is used, without changing its essential nature.

Removal of Content
