This rug has been perfect for my kids room. It is so soft and my son loves it and I love that it is not made with toxic materials. Looks and feels so high quality. Highly recommend!!
No he recibido mi pedido. He avisado al correo de atención al cliente, la respuesta fue que YO ME PUSIERA EN CONTACTO CON SEUR. Pues he contactado y lo tienen el paquete. El número de seguimiento enviado por la tienda no existe. He vuelto a informarlo al correo de atención al cliente y le han dado las gracias. Hasta el momento no hay respuesta.

I have waited for over 4 wks to receive a refund after the warehouse received the return rug. Their response emails states it can take up to 1-2 weeks. Well, it’s been 4 wks. This is not ok! I emailed them 2 days ago with no response so far. I’m beyond frustrated!
