From the design process, to material sourcing and production, we always choose options that minimize waste and ensure long-lasting designs.
Our rugs stand for solidarity. Touched by seeing children whose future is determined by their family's economic circumstances, Lorena Canals decided to offer her own social support by giving them access to education. This is how the Sakûla Project was born, a nursery school in the north of India where street children can receive food and education. There are currently 120 children attending the school and counting.

Soft and comfortable 5 years going!
Purchased this rug for my son's room before he was born. He turns 5 in May and the rug is still going strong. I wash it in our machine at home every couple months or so unless it's soiled. I lay it out to dry on our drying rack then toss it in the dryer to fluff on no heat. I vacuum it after each wash and it's still soft and comfortable. My son plays on it daily. It's the best rug I've ever owned. I came here to see if this rug is still available because we've been displaced due to the eaton fire and i'm looking to replace it. I'm glad to find it's still here!
