No Returns: As our rugs are personalized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Size Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, there may be slight variations +/-5% - from the dimensions you provide.

Color Variations: Due to the natural dyes we use the color shades may vary slightly from one lot to another.

A Lorena Canals rug is for life, to make it last longer, we recommend that you follow these wash and care tips:

• Check your WASHER’S DRUM CAPACITY depending on the size of the rug. If your washer is too small, opt for professional cleaning.
• Make sure to CLEAN THE FILTERS of your washing machine and tumble dryer after use as, normally, wool rugs shed fibers.
• Made with natural fibers. This may cause slight shedding for a while, especially after the first washes. This process will decrease over time, as the rug gets vacuumed (always on low to moderate suction mode).
• Folding wrinkles will gradually smooth after laying the rug on the floor allowing for the fibers to naturally adapt. However, you can put the rug in the dryer to speed the process before first-time use.

-COTTON RUGS
Lightweight, practical, and above all, washable. 

Cotton is a natural and renewable fiber, known for its high absorption and insulation properties.

Not only is it soft and comfortable to the touch, but it is also hypoallergenic, durable and easy to clean, all which make a cotton rug an excellent choice for your home. Cotton rug made in allover short pile (height 1,25 cm).

-WOOL RUGS
As a highly appreciated natural fiber, wool has exceptional natural performance properties. It’s a sustainable fiber because it is biodegradable and naturally renewable and it’s known for its insulating qualities, keeping us warm in winter and cool in summer. 

Stylish, with incredible textures, our patent-registered WOOLABLE® range made us the first in the world to offer washable wool rugs.

Artisanally made, lightweight, and less rigid than traditional tufted wool rugs, the Woolable rugs will function better in lower-traffic areas. A washable wool rug, tufted in a solid color soft wool pile (height 1,5 cm).

-WOOL PREMIUM
Premium quality wool rugs handcrafted in India using our selected natural undyed wool, sourced from different sheep species worldwide to show off their true colors.

The yarn has been mixed with 20% of the finest New Zealand wool for extra softness and long-lasting quality. 

These natural color shades may vary slightly from one lot to another. A washable wool rug, tufted in an extra soft premium wool quality (height 1,5 cm).

ARTISANALLY HANDCRAFTED ONE BY ONE in India. Each piece is one of a kind, which may cause very slight variations from one to another.
NON-TOXIC DYES - Color shades may vary slightly, especially if the fiber is undyed.
