The LC Family Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions – Lorena Canals
Enrollment in the Program
By joining The LC Family loyalty program, the user agrees to subscribe to the Lorena Canals newsletter.
Enrollment in the program implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Data Collected
To participate in the program, we collect the following data:
- Name and email address
- Brand interests: Home or Kids
- Date of birth (day and month)
- Purchase history and browsing behavior to personalize communications and promotions
All data is processed in accordance with Lorena Canals’ Privacy Policy.
Points Accumulation
Points are earned with each purchase made by the member, both online and in physical stores.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
A user’s level within the program does not expire and is maintained as long as valid purchases are made that allow advancement to higher levels.
Tier System
The program includes three tiers:
- Tier 1 – Thread: Accessible upon registration. To register, simply log in at lorenacanals.com and/or complete the form at https://lorenacanals.com/pages/subscription
- Tier 2 – Knot: To reach this level, from the date of enrollment in the loyalty program, the user must:
- Make more than 1 purchase and spend over €500
- Tier 3 – Yarn Ball: To reach this level, from the date of enrollment in the loyalty program, the user must:
- Make more than 2 purchases and spend over €1,000
Purchases must be made on separate days. Multiple purchases on the same day, whether online or in-store, will not count.
Special Conditions for Additional Benefits
- Wash & Care Products with Rugs: Products included in the Wash & Care service may occasionally be unavailable at the time of order due to stock limitations. In such cases, the company commits to shipping the product as soon as it becomes available, without any additional liability for temporary delays.
- Showroom Live – New Collection Presentations: The company may organize exclusive presentations of new collections (Showroom Live) for loyalty program members. The company reserves the right to decide which presentations will offer exclusive access and may limit attendance based on internal criteria such as availability, relevance, or logistics.
- Personalized Interior Design Session: Club members eligible for interior design sessions will receive an invitation to enjoy this benefit during the first twelve months they maintain the corresponding program level. The number of sessions is limited to one per year, with no possibility of carrying over unused sessions to subsequent years.

Communications
Based on declared interests and purchase history, we send personalized newsletters and promotions to members.
Members can manage their consent to receive additional marketing communications through the settings links in emails or via their account on lorenacanals.com.
Leaving the Club
Members can leave the Club at any time via the option available in their account or by requesting it at customerservice@lorenacanals.com.
Leaving the Club implies the loss of program benefits.
Leaving the Club does not automatically unsubscribe the member from marketing emails. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, the user must cancel their subscription via the link in the footer of the emails.
Program Modifications
Lorena Canals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, tiers, benefits, and points accumulation criteria, notifying members of changes via email or website updates.
