Our rugs stand for solidarity. Touched by seeing children whose future is determined by their family's economic circumstances, Lorena Canals decided to offer her own social support by giving them access to education. This is how the Sakûla Project was born, a nursery school in the north of India where street children can receive food and education. There are currently 120 children attending the school and counting.

I've always loved Lorena Canals rugs but wasn't sure if they'd feel good quality with them being machine washable. I ended up buying four rugs including this one and will definitely be buying more. I love the designs, they're really soft and lovely to walk on and so easy to keep clean. Incredible quality for the price.

I bought this rug for my daughter’s nursery. It is so plush and soft!! It’s easy to vacuum & does not shed. I love that it’s cotton. I had it washed & dried at the laundry mat and it held up great. I’d definitely buy one of these rugs again.
