All the products we sell are covered by the European Union's legal guarantee of conformity. This is the official notice from the European Commission:
The period may be longer in your country
The European notice states the two-year minimum applicable throughout the European Union. Several countries establish a longer period. To find out which one applies to you, scan the QR code on the notice or check the official European Union link above.
What the legal guarantee covers
The legal guarantee covers lack of conformity: if the product does not match the description, does not have the expected quality or characteristics, or does not function as it should. In these cases, you may request free repair or replacement and, in certain circumstances, a price reduction or contract termination.
Normal wear and tear from the use of footwear, as well as damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow product care instructions, are not considered lack of conformity.
How to file a claim
Write to us at customerservice@lorenacanals.com indicating your order number and describing the issue.
We will require proof of purchase: the receipt, invoice, or bank statement.
