Not a hide, a rug. It is more rustic & we actually like that! Great for play on floor (dog loves) and giving a bland sofa/chair more interest.

We love the design, but the rug has extreme shedding. Customer service never answered. I hope this is not the new recycling material quality. We have 4 other older rugs of Lorena Canals and never had this issue.
Company will not respond to emails or phone calls have attemped over 5 times with no comunication back. recieved a defective rug and they refuse to contact you back so that you can’t return in the indicated return window rug recived a defective rug.

Shipped me the wrong order. I ordered a 6’x9’ rug and received a 3’ rug. I reached out to their customer service department immediately and it took them a week to respond saying that they would be sending a return label and shipping the item I actually ordered shortly. It’s now been another week later and I haven’t heard anything from them. So disappointing! I understand mistakes but then make it right. At this point, since I haven’t heard anything from them, I may have to dispute charge with my credit card company. I just want the rug I originally ordered. I even purchased a plush rug pad for this rug and it’s just sitting in the box. What’s even worse is every time I call their customer service line to talk to a real human nobody answers and I get sent straight to voicemail. I’ve called at least 10 times. Someone please help!!! I just want the rug I ordered and paid for :(
First purchase, the rug is soft and beautiful.
This is one of those items that looks better in a photograph.
