very nice looking. i was a bit disappointed due to the intense smelll…i needed to wash it right a way…..i hope you do not use any harmful chemical substances as you promote on you homepage.
The rug is super soft and plush. The only issue I had was the color wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. It’s a bit more brown than when the picture shows.

No he recibido mi pedido. He avisado al correo de atención al cliente, la respuesta fue que YO ME PUSIERA EN CONTACTO CON SEUR. Pues he contactado y lo tienen el paquete. El número de seguimiento enviado por la tienda no existe. He vuelto a informarlo al correo de atención al cliente y le han dado las gracias. Hasta el momento no hay respuesta.

I have waited for over 4 wks to receive a refund after the warehouse received the return rug. Their response emails states it can take up to 1-2 weeks. Well, it’s been 4 wks. This is not ok! I emailed them 2 days ago with no response so far. I’m beyond frustrated!
