Something went wrong with the shipment and GLS shipment was marked as delivered even though it never arrived. I signaled this to Lorena Canals and heard that they would look into it but as of yet have not received an answer as to what happened, a new shipment, nor a reimbursement.
It's a shame because we have a rug from Lorena Canals already that we LOVE and I was really looking forward to playing with the sensory books with our kid.
