This Monstera rug is so beautiful. I’ve been using it for a few years, and even after washing and tumble drying, it still feels as soft and comfortable as new. My cat scratches it often too, but the texture has stayed perfect.

The rug keeps shedding fibers all over the place. Clothes and the whole house are constantly covered in lint from it.
It has only been about a month since we bought it, and it already looks terrible.
It’s frustrating because I have cheaper rugs at home that are much better quality.
I chose this one because it was expensive and I thought it would be high quality for our baby’s room, but it turned out really disappointing. I would not recommend it.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy wit your rug.
It is completely normal for our washable rugs to shed some lint during the first few months. This is because they are handcrafted and the finishing is done by hand-cutting, which may leave residual cotton fibers on the rug. Therefore, this behavior does not indicate that the rug is defective.
To reduce the presence of lint, we recommend the following:
-Vacuum the rug frequently and brush it in the direction of the pile using a stiff-bristle brush or broom.
-Before washing it in the washing machine, vacuum and/or brush it as indicated above.
-After brushing, wash the rug and tumble dry it on a low setting to help it regain its soft texture and remove excess lint.
Additionally, we do not recommend using robotic vacuum cleaners on our rugs, as their brushes may catch on the threads and damage the fabric.

Compré en enero y no lo he recibido hasta finales de junio. El pago se efectuó en enero. Es cierto que en la web ya avisaba que es una pre-compra y que la entrega era en mayo, pero el servicio de atención al consumidor ha sido pésimo en la gestión de la comunicación ante mi correo enviado durante el mes de mayo para preguntar fechas previstas de entrega. Consejo: kave home tiene puffs monisimos que entrega en max 1 mes.

Beautiful rug, quality and design, it fits my daughter’s room perfectly. However, as I reported to the customer service, the website cites “including a pet frog and snail! Children can use them to interact with the rug’s print and bring it to life through imagination. Fred the Frog and Lazy Snail will keep them company”. We got the frog, but not the snail and the customer service said it is ok like this, as the snail is not included. So, the description is misleading and inaccurate. Reason why I cannot give 5 stars.
